Practice areas
Estate planning, trusts, probate, elder law and succession.
Six areas, one attorney, one flat fee. Every engagement begins with a confidential planning call.
What we do
Six areas. One firm.
We do not take every kind of case. We do this work, carefully, for individuals, couples, parents and business owners.

The documents every adult needs, drafted to fit and signed properly.
- Last will and testament
- Health care directive and living will
- Financial and medical powers of attorney
- Guardian nominations for minor children

Elder law
Planning for a parent, or for yourself, before a crisis makes the decisions for you.
- Powers of attorney that actually work at the bank and the hospital
- Long-term care and incapacity planning
- Guardianship and conservatorship, when nothing else will do
- Family meetings, with everyone in the room
Business succession
Who runs the company if you cannot, and how it passes without a fight.
- Buy-sell agreements
- Operating agreement and bylaw review
- Ownership transfer to family or a key employee
- Coordination with your CPA and financial advisor
Plan reviews and updates
A plan is only good if it is current. We review existing documents and bring them up to date.
- Review of documents drafted elsewhere
- Updates after a marriage, birth, death, move or sale
- Beneficiary designation audit
- Annual check-in for ongoing clients
How an engagement runs
Quoted first. Explained throughout. Signed properly.
- A flat fee in writing before any work begins.
- Drafts you can read, with every clause explained in plain English.
- A signing meeting with witnesses and a notary arranged.
- Your documents delivered, and the trust funded.
