Questions
About the fees.
Is there a charge for the planning call?
No. The 30-minute call is free and confidential.
Do you bill by the hour?
Not for planning work. Every plan is a flat fee quoted before we begin. If something outside the plan comes up, we quote that flat too, before doing it.
When do I pay?
Half when you engage, half at the signing. Card, check or transfer.
Do I need a trust, or is a will enough?
Sometimes a will is enough. The call tells you honestly, and the Essentials price is the same either way.
What about probate or elder law?
Quoted flat after the call, once we understand the estate or the situation.
