Russ has been an attorney since 2014 and practices from Austin, Texas. Alongside the practice he has spent twenty years leading organizations as a chief executive, an executive director and a board president, including transactional counsel on roughly $300 million in closed partnerships.
That is the lens he brings to an estate plan: not just documents, but a structure that holds when it is finally needed. He writes in plain English, explains every clause you ask about, and quotes the fee before the work begins.
